How To Keep Your Pool Clean This Winter
There are millions of pools dotting the backyards of Australians throughout the country and, while they generally endure a lot of use throughout the summer, they can often be neglected during the winter. Having a pool means fighting a constant battle against algae, leaves and twigs from gathering and then stagnating in front of your home, a sight no one wants to put up with. Even if you use your pool less during the colder months, you can never be rid of its presence as a major eyesore if you do not keep it clean.
It used to be relatively easy to design pools for blocks, as you'd just look at the backyard and figure up which rectangular or kidney shaped pool could fit in the yard. With all sorts of new block shapes occurring when people subdivide old blocks, it can be more challenging to fit a traditional pool into a yard. However, some innovative pool designers and homeowners have come up with great pools that fit on unusually shaped blocks and make the most of limited space.
